VivaColor was born out of necessity by a couple of marketing gearheads who'd rather spend more time at the track and less time dealing with messy, labor intensive screen printing for our growing T-shirt needs. 

A few years ago we discovered the latest direct-to-film (DTF) heat transfers provided the print quality we were looking for when our suppliers weren't winning any races, so to speak.

After all, DTF has become a popular one-for-all transfer process that produces incredibly vibrant colors that are soft, breathable, stretchable and durable wash after wash. The ease and time required for DTF heat transfers has grown to become the method of choice for most our printing needs.

When we decided to purchase our own DTF printer, VivaColor was born. Next, we tested inks, print settings, software and various films hot and cold peeled until we were satisfied with our product that met our needs and now yours. 

VivaColor transfers can be applied to a wide variety of substrates from nylon, polyester, wood, leather, mugs and of course cotton t-shirts being our most product application.
